Maintaining fruitful relationships with the likes of copywriters, video editors, brand, digital, and marketing managers is essential in this position. This individual should be able to lead customer-centric journey orchestration, think strategically across several channels, and identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in design and communication. You should be ready to think on your feet, develop concepts and ideas, sell them to upper management, and produce work that is compelling, relevant, and important.

- Continually provide high-quality work and check that all designs adhere to the client’s brand guidelines.
- Ensures that the Foundation’s brand and standards are maintained in all documents, including those developed for internal and external stakeholders, and that all work is strategic, efficient, and consistent.
- Shares your innovative ideas, design principles, and overall strategy with your team and external “clients” with confidence and clarity.
- An online portfolio that demonstrates not only a fondness for but also a facility with a variety of design styles, a keen eye for detail, and an emphasis on usability.
- guiding a business customer in making the most of the company’s resources through innovative planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in HTML, HTML5 and CSS with a strong emphasis toward responsive and multiple device design and development.
- Coordinates communications team members in strategic design thinking and brainstorming sessions to develop novel applications of design in storytelling.
- Prior exposure to habit formation, direct response, and brand response campaigns is essential.
