Qualifications:
- Learning resources that are easy to understand, well-structured and entertaining online or in multimedia formats.
- Consistently adhere to the established project and management practices as well as defined instructional design standards, as well as corporate brand style and standards.
- E-learning courses, instructional materials, and other electronic instructional information are being developed that are congruent with adult learning theory and that are compatible with adult learning theory.
- Manage many projects while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment while delivering high-quality work on time.
- Executes needs/audience analysis and develops performance objectives, learning plans, and instructional techniques with instructional designers to produce high-quality, engaging solutions that are in alignment with the organization’s corporate goals and strategic imperatives. This position reports to the instructional designer.
- staff members will get instruction in the technical and pedagogical skills required for building and delivering dynamic and engaging e-learning courses to students.
- Aim to understand local education requirements and then engage with partners to provide instructional resources that meet those needs.
- Keeping track of technical and market developments in the field will be a major responsibility of this position, and you will be expected to propose innovative tools and methods to improve both the educational content of course materials as well as the efficiency of departmental operations in this position.
- To assist your training, provide materials such as e-learning courses and tests, presentations and manuals for instructors, as well as videos and audio clips.
- Assessment of educational programs’ performance through developing evaluation components that monitor results and assure conformity with corporate goals
Skills:
- For the last two years, you have worked on multi-media instructional products that include visual, text, and audio components. are adept at using these aspects in a variety of contexts.
- Fundamental business and management ideas, such as those involved in strategy planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, and leadership approach, are necessary for success in this position.
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit as well as an ability to think creatively and creatively in order to solve problems.
- Organizational skills and the ability to influence others in their sub-team and broader program team are essential, as is a laser focus on achieving the desired results.
- Proficiency to use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and headphone equipment to input data and navigate successfully, as well as listen while inputting information into the system.
