Qualifications:
- Keep an eye on the development of all project deliverables, such as design papers and test plans as well as training materials and operations documents.
- Ensure that cross-functional project teams perform their allocated responsibilities on schedule and within budget. Keep track of how effectively your project’s execution plan is performing in respect to the project’s overall deliverables.
- Assists the project team and other stakeholders by providing subject matter expertise and knowledge management, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction via the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality products.
- All parts of the project lifecycle, including scope management, requirements management, work breakdown schedule and timetable management, priority and dependency management, and the assignment of roles, are planned, documented, and carried out in this manner.
- Controls and mitigates project risks by conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, building contingency plans, predicting dependencies influenced by existing project changes, and suggesting strategies to mitigate future risks to management.
- Charged for making sure strategies are implemented in order to fulfill the demands of customers and to improve the abilities of lower-level project managers.
- Establishes and maintains a comprehensive understanding and control of the project’s budget and financial aspects by coordinating and overseeing all aspects of project scheduling, resource forecasting, financial management, and other related activities
- Incorporating and teaching the project management discipline to employees from all levels of an organization, in addition to technical team members, is a major undertaking.
- Implement lean manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution process improvement strategies where they make sense for project goals.
- Leads the work of large and complicated project teams by proposing or asking resources to meet project needs, communicating a clear vision of business project goals and objectives, and contributing functional knowledge to team outputs.
Skills:
- Practical experience converting business demands into distinct activities needing detailed technical, functional, and/or operational assessment is required.
- summarize project status and highlight significant issues/milestones, process work flows, Excel, Power Point, and outstanding communication skills are required.
- Contribute to the establishment and expansion of a solid team that will support and sustain profitable growth while also offering opportunities for personal and professional development for our team members.
- Extensive experience implementing project life cycle approaches in various capacities throughout the last six years (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
- It is necessary to have a complete comprehension of the project development life cycle, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize a number of challenging projects.
