Full-Time Senior Paid Media Buyer – Al Qunfudhah
Job Description
In this role, you’ll be tasked with acquiring advertising space on various platforms (television, radio, print, bulk direct mail, etc.) at competitive pricing for the benefit of the Company and its clients. In addition, you should be familiar with and skilled at studying the many ratings services available in a given area and quantifying the audience sizes of stations that use multiple ratings sources in order to make fair audience comparisons. At the end of the day, you want your advertising dollars to go as far as possible while still staying under budget (CPM).

Qualifications:
- Designs optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal delivery and vendor agreements.
- Lead in collaboration with finance team members to resolve media billing issues.
- knows about all the latest media openings and trends.
- With assistance from Ad Operations, completes all campaign tracking setup and implementation prior to the start of a campaign.
- Maintains regular communication with supervisor regarding the status of active accounts and promptly escalates any problems or concerns that arise.
- achieves desired results for customers within established financial constraints.
- In charge of developing, administering, and enhancing advertising campaigns across several channels (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon, Pinterest, etc.).
- Keeps track of all media purchases and is ultimately accountable for post-purchase results and continuous reporting.
- is crucial in establishing all reporting dashboards and gaining insights for every client reporting session.
- creates connections with media representatives and keeps in constant contact with them.
Skills:
- ability to work well with a wide range of departments and teams inside the company, such as the Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Project Management departments.
- Competence in using and understanding the ad tech industry’s language. Knowledgeable in the ways of the digital realm.
- For the purpose of negotiating the optimal contract, a strong understanding of the data pertaining to digital media is required.
- Capable of effectively communicating within a team, with members of the external media, and with current clientele.
- Must be able to make decisions quickly and in a fast-paced atmosphere.
