Job Description

The Business Advisor is in charge of organizing and documenting any new business data and system needs in support of outbound customer campaigns using Agile methodology. They serve as a vital link between the CRM Business Team and the CRM Development, Solution Architecture, and Information Technology Teams. In addition to organizing and documenting requirements, the analyst will be responsible for business level documentation of new CRM data characteristics and will organize all testing of newly released data/functionality for production checkouts.

Qualifications:

  • Contributes to the translation of high-level corporate strategy and scope into specific functional needs for campaigns’ campaign data and the operation of the system.
  • IT architects and the Release Train Engineer work together as part of a collaborative effort to ensure that the IT Development team obtains the information they need in a timely way to support planned campaigns. This is essential for the success of the IT department.
  • Research and collect information to mitigate/understand customer relationship risks, then apply for loan approval. Client request choices are communicated.
  • Maintain constructive and cooperative working connections with people from varied backgrounds, both within and outside the company, with community, employee, and public interest organizations to satisfy business requirements.
  • Make yourself available to the customer to answer any and all of his or her credit administration-related queries, such as how the loan approval procedure impacted his or her decisions on things like price and structure—and whether or not they should be renewed.

Skills:

  • In order to increase productivity and enhance business decisions, such as managing performance and profitability in line with risk and compliance requirements, suggestions and proposals that will raise efficiency and improve business choices will be produced and implemented.
