Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager is in charge of the organization’s supply chain management and operations, which include procurement, vendor relations, production, logistics, and distribution. Creates and executes supply chain management strategies for production and operations. Oversees demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure that resource needs are met. Communicates with executives about company requirements in order to gain the resources required to meet client requests and assure delivery and/or execution.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage and prepare project team resources in coordination with other cross-functional departments via project integration, planning, communication, and documentation.
- All of these roles assigned to you which include keeping meticulous records, compiling reports, and putting together presentations to help management better understand the logistics of the situation.
- Handle all aspects of the warehouse function, which includes the reception of raw materials, the delivery of finished goods, and the management of both inside the warehouse area.
- The entire strategy and execution of the supply chain management function, as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the company, fall under this responsibility.
- The capacity to lead workers in departmental operations, such as delivering instructions and training, attaining objectives, rapid turnarounds for tasks asked by top management, and progressive discipline, is crucial.
- Improve operational accuracy and efficiency by identifying and driving opportunities for continual improvement.
- Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions based on personal experience and training. Senior leaders are expected to communicate concisely and to provide statistics to back their claims about problems and possible solutions.
- Ensure that there are adequate items in stock at all times by working with the Purchasing Manager and the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager. Customer service and satisfaction will be improved as a result.
- In charge of the internal endeavor to build and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, including ERP transaction correctness, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as needed.
- Help customers who are having problems with the company’s goods and services to have their problems resolved. In order to ensure that the appropriate authorities are informed of customer complaints regarding product quality or manufacture, the following steps should be taken:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills are needed to propel the company forward and take action, as well as the ability to quickly and enduringly connect with people all over the world.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles utilized in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling and leadership.
- Ability to balance procurement, inventory management and customer satisfaction within ERP system settings with extensive ERP system experience and knowledge; excellent ERP system implementation skills
- Measuring and analyzing the system’s performance to determine where it stands in regard to its goals, and then taking steps to improve or correct it accordingly.
- Demonstrate initiative by engaging in self-development activities, pursuing higher responsibility, and taking advantage of educational options available.
