The Senior Graphic Designer is the lead of the graphic design team, responsible for upholding the overall brand and delivering high quality creative materials on behalf of the organization, its programs, and partners.

Qualifications:
- Maintain great work quality and ensure that all designs correspond to the brand standards of the customer.
- Verifies that all materials, both internal and external, are compatible with the Foundation’s brand and standards and are developed in a way that is strategic, efficient, and successful.
- A digital collection of work that exemplifies the designer’s dedication to high-quality design by showcasing their range of aesthetic interests, their meticulous attention to detail, and their focus on usability.
- communicates strategy, design concepts, and creative ideas to internal and external partners, or “clients,” succinctly and forcefully.
- Possibility of translating business goals into memorable, engaging, and cutting-edge online, social, and viral brand encounters.
- You’ll be in charge of supervising the development of all digital and printed marketing materials, both inside and outside the company. Provides the design team with detailed instructions, suggestions, and critiques to help them meet the demands of the business and its collaborators.
- Promptly takes charge of strategic design thinking and brainstorming sessions, while also working closely with the Communications group to provide novel ideas and approaches to utilizing design for storytelling.
- Experience in HTML, HTML5, and CSS, with an emphasis on responsive and cross-platform development.
- Offering ingenious suggestions about how a customer can maximize their use of Company’s services.
- Experience with habit-forming programs, branded responses, and direct response campaigns are requirements.
Skills:
- a collection of online design work that demonstrates an appreciation for high-quality design by way of a range of aesthetic choices, meticulous craftsmanship, and thoughtful consideration of the user experience.
- Strong attention to detail, familiarity with best practices in the field of visual communications, and demonstrated experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a comparable job
- Capability to translate company objectives into differentiated, innovative, and meaningful digital, social, and viral brand experiences.
- Seven years’ minimum experience as a designer, art director, or digital designer for a company or agency.
- Prior expertise in direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing is crucial.
