Full-Time Site Manager – Al Badayea
Job Description
The Tool room’s inventory is the responsibility of the Inventory Clerks. The order and cleanliness of the tool room is also ensured by an attendant. A tool crib attendant’s duties include assisting coworkers and educating new hires on the need of proper tooling and storage.

Qualifications:
- You’ll be in charge of ensuring that all relevant policies, processes, and regulatory criteria related to food safety are met, such as the current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), and their associated preventative controls.
- Assist with warehouse maintenance activities such as sweeping floors and storing equipment.
- Produce and sustain first-rate service for both internal and external clients.
- As scheduled, carry out inventory cycle counts of the tool room’s stock.
- Conduct daily tasks in a safe and efficient manner while according to established best practices, and timely log indirect time spent on these tasks.
- Execute physical and cycle counts of the inventory, and report shortages, overages, and all inventory levels as necessary or requested.
- Keep the tool room under control, allocate tools to the production crew, store their tools in the appropriate location, and maintain the cleanliness of company property.
- Conduct a workstation inventory count on a regular basis as directed.
- Use the ticket system and/or email to notify the supervisor and appropriate employees of any problems encountered during assembly or troubleshooting.
- Process adherence and upkeep is your responsibility, and you may also be asked to assist with the development of procedures that have not yet been written down.
Skills:
- Experience: 1–2 years of inventory clerk experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Capability to communicate effectively with others.
- Able to consider the benefits and drawbacks of potential courses of action and make a well-informed decision.
- Additionally, to having strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities are also essential.
- basic proficiency with calipers and measuring tapes among other measurement tools.
