Job Description
The Media Manager collaborates with the Media Supervisor and Director to ensure that the agency’s paid media campaigns are coordinated across all disciplines. Workload is handled by the Media Director and/or VP of Media, therefore standard performance indicators include helping to execute all media planning duties across teams.

Qualifications:

- helps to develop and record best practices for boosting operational efficiency within the team and throughout the company..
- Strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across many platforms, including search engine marketing, display advertising, video advertising, and mobile advertising, for multiple client accounts.
- Partner with Brand Solutions and other key stakeholders to develop complete pro-active social packages, as well as to manage a social product inventory of available products.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure customers get the best product possible and compile and report on the efficacy of search engine marketing campaigns, including the competitive environment, KPIs and suggestions on growth possibilities.
- For the development of compelling social media postings, the ability to gather information both independently and in collaboration with a supervisor, as well as photography and videography, is necessary.
- Starting the process of uploading an accepted plan’s blueprint by facilitating meetings between account service, media, and project management
- Stewardship of allocated accounts’ budgets, including signed media authorizations and post-buys reports, is a primary duty of this position
- Handle vendor agreements for third-party platforms. Beta testing may lead to the discovery of new marketing strategies for established products and services. you’ll be in charge of daily troubleshooting of the selected campaigns.
- Data analysis of important metrics is required to create and execute improvements to improve client programs’ efficacy.
