Customers’ end-to-end solutions are implemented by the Implementation Consultant, who collaborates with numerous product teams. There are several steps involved in this process, such as doing an analysis of the project’s needs and requirements, helping the client complete the necessary questionnaires or obtaining the necessary data or information, and working with other departments. The Implementation Consultant works as a subject matter expert for the product or service they are supporting in terms of implementation best practices. The Implementation Consultant plays a key role in ensuring that clients have a great experience by efficiently conveying issues to the right departments.

Qualifications:
- To impact other processes and system priorities, collaboration between functional and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) from the business side (internal and external) is the purpose of SMEs working together.
- Maintains project plans (i.e., comprehensive plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and allocates tasks to resources to ensure that the project is finished on schedule and according to specifications.
- This position’s main responsibilities include organizing and managing testing, documenting and monitoring outcomes, and resolving difficulties promptly.
- Determining the scope, assigning resources, creating deadlines and communicating with stakeholders. Determining the testing and maintenance requirements.
- Offering the proper Company solution as part of the implementation process, tailoring Company Solutions to meet Client demands to create a solution that works well for each client, creating value and improving growth possibilities.
- Customers may find client tools and consultations such as enablement, communications management, change management, and technical help to be quite beneficial.
- Be on the lookout for customers who are not using the service as often as they should, and provide them best practices to help them get back into the habit of using the service.
- Before putting in place a new workflow, script, or solution, test it. Coordinate projects as needed for more complicated account setups to make sure they go well.
- Stakeholder groups get weekly status briefings on project accomplishments, plans for the next week, and issues needing management and stakeholder attention.
- Each project must be handled in an organized, controlled way that gives the client an idea of when each step of the project will be finished.
Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, management information systems, computer science, or project management is desired, but not necessary.
- Test the configuration from beginning to end, coordinate and lead user testing, document and keep an eye on test results, and make sure problems are fixed quickly.
- Five years of experience in implementing/onboarding/project management/customer success/building relationships/change management.
- Proposals for new technological or commercial solutions are made with the help of functional and technical topic (internal and external).
- Accepts great responsibility for project success; excellent capacity to help others in completing projects via knowledge sharing.
