The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting the design and merchandising or apparel lines, as well as supervising several design areas and collaborating across departments with Design, Sales, and Brand Management.

- Holds strategic design thinking and brainstorming meetings, and works with the Communications group to generate new ideas for design-based problem-solving and creative design-based storytelling.
- Experience with habit-forming, direct response, and brand response initiatives is required.
- Uphold a high level of quality and check that all designs adhere to the client’s brand guidelines.
- Experience in HTML, HTML5, and CSS, with an emphasis on responsive and cross-platform development.
- Verifies that all materials, both internal and external, are compatible with the Foundation’s brand and standards and are developed in a way that is strategic, efficient, and successful.
- Oversees the entire process from ideation to completion for all online and print initiatives aimed at the company and its partners; provides detailed creative direction, advice, and feedback to the design team.

- Strategy, design concepts, and creative ideas are conveyed to internal and external partners, or “clients,” in a succinct and persuasive manner.
- ability to translate company goals into innovative, differentiated, and original brand experiences across digital, interactive, social, and viral channels.
- Proven track record as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or related function; excellent attention to detail; familiarity with industry standards and best practices in visual communications.
- There’s a chance to turn corporate goals into memorable, engaging, and cutting-edge brand interactions with customers on digital platforms, through social media, and through viral marketing.
- At least seven years’ experience in the design industry, either as a designer, art director, or digital designer for a company or a brand.
- Prior experience in direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing is required.
- An online portfolio that demonstrates not only a fondness for but also a range of stylistic approaches, a keen eye for detail, and an appreciation for practicality in design.
