Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Production Associate will be to guarantee that Spectrum’s award-winning material is posted on spectrumnews.org and other channels, such as newsletters. The Production Associate will report to the Director of Engagement and Marketing and work closely with the Multimedia Director and Copy Chief to uphold and elevate the Company’s high production values, as well as work with the rest of the team to ensure that the Company reaches its specialized audience of neuroscientists, clinicians, geneticists, and policymakers.

Qualifications:
- Memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, photos, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound volumes are just a few examples of resources that can help with proposal development, design, and editing.
- Know your way around Microsoft Office, eXtyles, Adobe, ProofCentral, and PTS (basic level).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, to ensure that projects are completed on time and that our entire digital customer experience is enhanced.
- Work closely with the development team to write specifications and supervise the implementation and quality assurance of the digital experience’s content and functionality.
- Troubleshoot, report, and QA website defects in coordination with internal teams and the development team, including products and back-end functionality.
- Participate in at least one online training every year, as well as any in-house trainings that are relevant.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with underwriting, closing, and asset management teams, as well as external agency investors.
- The Production Associate is in charge of producing final products by following procedures.
- Execute content updates and initiatives on our e-commerce site, such as pricing modifications and product uploads.
- Manage the integration of diamond video and photo sites, including onboarding new suppliers and verifying compliance with our standards.
Skills:
- The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Organizational, verbal, written, and e-social abilities and knowledge are exceptional.
- WordPress and Mailchimp are two examples of content management systems and marketing and outreach technologies with which you should be familiar.
- A high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in general education (GED)
- Extremely well-organized, with a strong emphasis on project responsibility from beginning to end.
