The position will be in charge of a wide range of accounting duties. Basic accounting principles must be understood, as well as the ability to perform journal entries, reconcile supplier statements, and examine daily invoicing.

Qualifications:

• To apply for this position a working personal vehicle, and also a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the proper insurance coverage needed by the corporate policy are all essential to have.
• The payment for this job is evaluated on the number of years of experience you have.
• Assist the Accounting department with clerical activities like filing, copying, and collating, as well as data entry, as needed.
• The new worker will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to plan and handle a variety of operations with accuracy and timeliness while working independently.
• Make checks to be sent to the accounts payable department.
• Assist with the processing and coding of accounts payable bills.
• Receipts and payments made with a credit card should be considered while checking out.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related subject is required.
• The Controller of General Accounting gives other tasks.
• For Accounts Payable Invoices, electronic data must be prepared, categorized, scanned, and stored.
