Job Description

To assist increase our digital footprint and drive greater value through online content, we’re looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Strategist who can demonstrate a deep awareness of brand, campaign, and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a track record of creating content strategies that engage business leaders, tech-savvy readers, and the executive suite. They should be detail-oriented, devoted to delivering high-quality results (especially when deadlines are short), and at ease in a startup environment’s uncertainty and fluidity. In this role, you will be a strategic thought leader who will collaborate closely with our Growth, Design, and Product teams to help the company grow and evolve. You’ll be in charge of generating and disseminating clever and engaging content.

  • data-driven content creation and e-commerce/online payments/fraud studies.
  • In order to have a strong presence on the internet, create a content schedule for the school’s website and social media profiles.
  • Determine which organizations, news sources, and policy groups are the most important to our strategy and brand so that we may form alliances with online communities.
  • Track email performance, KPIs, and objectives with the audience development team to provide regular reporting updates and insights for stakeholders (content, sales, and creative studio teams).
  • Collaborate with internal and external content authors and subject matter experts to meet deadlines and deliver a consistent, clear, and aesthetically attractive message.
  • Conduct content and competitor audits to provide recommendations for content optimization, such as UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification.
  • Participate in social media activities such as content production and sharing on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • You’ll be in charge of the firm’s content marketing strategy’s growth of themes/topics and the generation of relevant material for the company.
  • Ensure that you have a thorough grasp of branch operations in order to ensure that all rules and procedures are adhered to.
  • Implement and track email performance testing tactics like as templates, subject lines, send timings, personalized content recommendations, audience segmentation, and more.


  • Proven ability to manage a large number of accounts while paying great attention to details proven ability to connect effectively with clients and provide technical assistance to resolve client problems
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), Canva, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management tools should all be included on your CV.
  • Experience/consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment is essential due to tight time limitations and the amount of work.
  • Coaching and counselling capabilities, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, are all desired characteristics.
  • To understand the measurable impact of strategy and content decisions, you must be able to analyze performance data and collaborate across departments.
