The Sales and Solutions departments of the station need a Marketing Associate who can be their go-to resource for all things related to marketing, data, and content. The Marketing Associate might act as a junior Marketing Consultant on occasion, taking charge of specific clients as needed. The ideal candidate is someone who can juggle multiple tasks at once and has a genuine interest in the success of their team.

Qualifications:
- Supervise consumer communication initiatives to generate an imaginative setting that breathes new life into the brand and enables effective consumer communication with a focus on digital and social media.
- Agency and cross-functional team management, strategy, planning, execution, and results measurement are leading initiatives within the communication strategy focused on certain touchpoints or consumer goals.
- Support the brand’s requirement for customers to recognize and comprehend what the brand stands for in their minds, including the brand’s identity, essence, vision, mission, and core values, in order to develop relevant communications and innovation.
- Manage brand projects and assignments in a way that demonstrates an understanding of key consumer insights and an ability to activate them in relevant communications and innovation activities.
- Dive into demand landscape for the consumer/brand by utilization of digital insight tools.
- Assist in determining the best approach to consumer interaction and the best way to organize a campaign to contact people when and where they are receptive.
- Establish your capacity for timely and cost-effective project management, as well as for selecting investments with the lowest possible risk and the highest possible return. To engage the brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness proposition in communications, identify opportunities and lead projects.
- Uses information about the company’s products and its customers to help the Manager create a yearly strategy for coordinating marketing and sales activities to increase the company’s brand’s popularity.
- You can learn more about the qualities that identify a certain client segment or the population as a whole by analyzing market and consumer data and trends.
- Identify and lead efforts to support the brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness promise through innovation and renovation.
Skills:
- Prior expertise developing strategic brand/product plans (including but not limited to marketing strategies and commercialization blueprints) is preferred.
- Possessing prior experience collaborating with external agencies and multi-departmental teams is a plus.
- Requirements include a four-year degree and at least three years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management. An alternative requirement is a master’s degree in business, marketing, or a closely related field.
- Possessing a background in media and digital marketing strategy implementation would be a plus in the role of project manager.
- An understanding of how to draw conclusions from data and trends to better understand client behavior is a plus.
