Job Description
The Lifeguard is responsible for greeting our guests and ensuring they have a safe and pleasant time in the pool area. If you’re looking for a job where you can make guests feel at home, this is the place for you. All interactions with guests and colleagues will be conducted in English since this is a highly prominent position. High school graduation, GED, or proof of ability in the subject area in question are necessary for admission.

Qualifications:
- When teaching children to swim or spending time with their families, keep an eye out for any violations of the pool’s laws or regulations that can jeopardize their health and safety.
- Keeps the pool and surrounding deck areas, as well as the pool house and gutters, in good working order by monitoring the pool’s water chemistry.
- In preparation for the summer season, cleans the pool, pool decks, pool furniture, and lifeguard equipment, as well as the bathhouse and the fence and flower bed areas.
- It is your responsibility to keep the pool deck, break room, bathrooms, and drains clean.
- Customers and visitors are treated with respect and courtesy, and concerns are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Follows all pool safety rules and procedures and makes sure that these safe working practices and procedures, as well as existing policies, rules and regulations, are adhered to.
- Maintains surveillance of members and visitors while they are using the pool area and enforces all Club safety rules and regulations.
- To carry out the duties of this profession, you must be able to read, write, interpret, and communicate in English, as well as be able to assist with the preservation of a range of accident reports.
- They perform tasks like as preventing accidents and ensuring the safety of the water in addition to being lifeguards.
- Aquatic services include teaching swimming, supervising swimming groups, and aiding with other aquatic activities within the club. The primary duty of this role is to provide these services.
Skills:
- Professional rescuers must currently complete CPR, lifeguarding, and community first aid training via the American Red Cross.
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with other workers, departments, and members of the general public is required.
- You must have worked as a lifeguard for at least three months.
- You must have a high school diploma or an equivalent to attain this job.
- Capacity to work with disabled children and adults.
