Qualifications:
- The ability to lead employees in departmental operations, such as the delivery of instructions and training, the achievement of goals, the quick turnaround of tasks requested by upper management, and progressive discipline, is essential.
- Having the ability to analyze and make decisions based on what has been presented. When it comes to finding problems and proposing solutions, top leaders should communicate clearly.
- Improve customer service and satisfaction by working closely with the purchasing manager and the senior supply chain planning manager in order to reach appropriate inventory levels.
- Complaints, difficulties, and concerns should be communicated with consumers. Customer concerns about quality or production should be directed to the relevant management.
- Continuously enhance the process by seeing areas where you can make it go faster while also enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
- In order to help management understand the logistics perspective, keep detailed records, make reports, and make presentations.
- Involved in the planning, coordination, communication, and documentation of cross-functional departments to ensure that the project team’s needs were met.
- taking charge of making sure that the physical inventory system is accurate and effective. This includes making sure that the ERP transactions are correct, that physical inventory events happen, and that cycle counting is used as needed.
- The whole supply chain management role, as well as the planning and directing of the company’s activities and operations, come under this mandate.
- Assemble and manage the warehouse function, which entails collecting raw materials, delivering finished goods, and placing them in the storage space.
