In this role, you will manage personnel for our advocacy divisions, whose clients are at the forefront of progressive work on racial justice and civil rights, low-wage worker advocacy, voting rights, economic security, the environment, affordable housing, human rights, LGBTQ concerns. You will be an integral component of our People Team and our company’s development. You will collaborate with our talent team and leadership team to create and construct a world-class organization, investing in our most valuable asset: our people. You will handle advocacy searches from start to finish, relying on hiring supervisors to guarantee quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Design and manage company-wide organizational training, employee development and engagement initiatives, and diversity, equality, and inclusion to improve business performance, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Take part in developing career development strategies, methodologies, and tools. Propose approaches, ideas, and business insight to HR leadership and business partners so that the organization can respond more quickly to career and talent-related opportunities and requirements by boosting the efficacy, reach, and visibility of career programs.
  • As a subject matter expert, help internal clients find career solutions. Make data-driven suggestions based on your knowledge of business policies and processes, as well as the laws and regulations that apply to them.
  • Building relationships with agents and managers allows for the identification of on-camera presenters, celebrities, digital influencers, and/or creators who are a good match for the voice of the company. These individuals can then be hired to participate in branded content campaigns and original network programming.
  • Readies a range of written reports and presentations, including dashboards, narratives, training, and work aids. Develops and/or delivers training on talent-related issues and systems.
  • Examine the risks and advantages of the changes; plan effective change-management strategies; and ensure communications and readiness materials are in place to facilitate the transition of career-related programs and procedures.
  • Talent assessment involves aiding in the creation of development plans, tracking progress on plans, monitoring succession plans, and other related responsibilities.
  • Set up and manage strategies, methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures that increase the performance process’s efficiency, effectiveness, and impact while fostering team-building behaviors. Processes include goal planning, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions.
  • Handle basic human resource responsibilities such as onboarding, employment, interactions with employees, compensation, benefits, and performance management at the local or regional level with minimum supervision.
  • Ensure technical training for all new recruits in areas such as systems, coffee, wine, cocktails, food preparation and presentation, society, housekeeping, and maintenance by collaborating with internal and external training providers.

Skills:

  • Years of experience in an on-show production setting with demonstrated ability to efficiently arrange artist and other staff scheduling to meet production demands and timelines
  • Skills in written and verbal communication Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities Ability to deliver efficient, prompt, dependable, and pleasant customer service. Presentation skills:
  • Expert at using all types of social media. You know how to use social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat to find unique talent and influencers.
  • Skill in digital media and live events, as well as talent acquisition, pricing, and packaging from the standpoint of a publisher.
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology, general business, or a related field is needed.
