As a member of the team, they will teach and manage a group of Team Members that are driven to create an exceptional guest experience in order to increase sales. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the business’s demands.

  • Greeting and assisting customers; professionally and swiftly responding to client inquiries and complaints; handling consumer questions/concerns. Maintains current knowledge of evolving guiding principles and point-of-sale systems.
  • Entering all receiving/shipping/transfer documentation accurately into the computer system, reconciling product invoices to goods received/shipped/transferred as appropriate for correct inventory.
  • Each step of the store’s opening and closing processes is carried out with precision. Cleanliness, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor product area are the key duties of this role.
  • Maintain routine store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process receipts quickly, and keep shelves stocked with suitably priced merchandise.
  • Additionally, assist others in achieving their own daily sales and productivity targets.
  • Additionally, this position’s responsibilities include the capacity to acquire tenders, receive cash or credit payments, count cash, and interact with consumers.
  • Assist your management team by ensuring that all duties are executed to a high quality.
  • Maintains knowledge of consumer and company demands in order to improve service levels while reducing security risks; stays up to date on payment and exchange rules, as well as security procedures.
  • Assist shop managers with sales calls made outside of the store. Ascertain that all pages and phone calls are quickly, courteously, and effectively answered to.
  • Creating a memorable purchasing experience for customers that leaves them feeling inspired, empowered, confirmed, and ready to return.


  • To apply for this position, you need at least three years of retail or customer service experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service and sales.
  • Capable of continuously standing/walking; routinely pushing/pulling; sometimes bending/stooping/crawling/reaching above shoulders/kneeling; mounting a ladder; and carrying up to 40 pounds; i.e., fixture components and cartons of products.
  • The ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
  • Possibility of working on various days and locations (such as weekends and holiday periods) as required by the firm.
  • The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with other workers, departments, and members of the general public is required.
