Qualifications:
- We need to create, generate, and manage animations that bring our game world to life in order to make the game experience immersive and fun. Create new animations from scratch to add to and support the character movement sets you already have.
- Create accurate representations of the clothes and hair that characters wear, for instance. Putting the finishing touches on the shot work by developing simulations and animations for the cloth. Creatively resolving problems is one way to accomplish art direction for a photograph.
- Engage in regular market analysis and product evaluation as well as training in the use of cutting-edge computer software programs to get new knowledge and skills. At all times, show your coworkers civility and respect.
- To achieve deadlines and milestones, use time management strategies and production tracking systems. Talk to the proper people in the departments of manufacturing and design.
- Pre-visualization and the development of first concepts are the result of collaboration with the creative director, design, and the surroundings. Storyboards, live-action video, and 3D blocking are all examples of this kind of production.
- Change the animations, rigs, and skin weights that the vendor gave you as needed. Work closely with the art and engineering teams to solve technical problems like animation and rigging.
- Independent problem-solving is crucial. Express your creative ideas and follow the aesthetic direction. Deformations, procedural modeling, and animation are needed.
- Create animation assets alongside character artists, system designers, and engineers. Design character animation pipelines with technical teams.
- Create believable, fluent, and acceptable character animations from diverse IPs in a single coherent style.
- Using Maya to make animation, Work with the Director to make animation match the show’s style. Follow file, project, and version control procedures.
Skills:
- Animator with a strong technical background and at least two years of professional experience in the industry, as well as the capacity to rig and animate styled 2D characters in a short amount of time.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or comparable education and/or professional experience in the fields of computer science, computer visualization or computer animation (Recent graduates considered).
- It takes 1-3 years of experience to create pre-visualizations, layouts, and characters for computer-generated animations. The ability to work with Maya is a bonus, but I have a strong interest in rough layout and a passion for telling stories.
- A thorough grasp of cinematic staging, blocking, cinematography, and editing is desirable. Experience in the construction of scenes, shots, cameras, and characters is a bonus.
- The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of animation dynamics while still adhering to conventional animation concepts and foundations is a must. Because of his many years of experience animating games, he is well-versed in a wide range of techniques and styles.
