Job Description
The Director of Finance is in charge of all long-term financial matters as well as the establishment of company-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices that ensure the organization maintains a consistently strong financial structure. All financial systems, internal controls, and financial reporting are under my responsibility. Plans, implements, and evaluates employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and procedures for the Human Resources department. Salary and benefits package will be discussed based on experience. All obligations pertaining to financial management, administration, and human resources are directly answerable to the President. Provides financial reports to the President as asked. Accounting staff is supervised.

Qualifications:

Coordinates the preparation of year-end income tax returns for the companies with outside tax advisors.
- Makes comparisons between performance and operating goals and benchmarks, reports and interprets operational outcomes for all levels of management.
- To manage the company’s cash flow status. Responsibility includes the authority to determine credit and collections procedures, as well as purchasing rules and payment schedules for invoices and financial responsibilities.

Skills:
- Proven track record in internal control implementation and maintenance, payroll processing, budgeting, costing, and financial statement analysis.
- Excel, Word, and financial accounting systems are all strong PC skills.
- Should have at least eight years of expertise in financial management and accounting.
- Proficient at writing, speaking, analyzing, and organizing.
