Job Description
As part of our Construction Management Practice, we are looking for a Construction Manager. On-site building of a facility will be overseen by the chosen applicant, who will work closely with the project team.

Qualifications:
- There should be a constant evaluation of all outsourced construction enterprises to guarantee that all standards for safety, quality and time are satisfied as well as the final output.
- Carrier liaison for Federal, State, and Municipal issues including the City’s permits and inspections needs. Maintaining contacts and serving as carrier’s liaison
- Managing the project’s timing and expenses, as well as providing necessary coordination and input to utility companies supplying services and infrastructure
- Analyzing leasing agreements and regulations in connection to the carrier’s responsibilities, ensuring that the carrier complies with requirements while controlling project costs
- Prior to starting a project, ensuring that all relevant subcontractors are identified and verified.
- make sure that the carrier’s interests are taken into account when proposals for changes and other contract material, such as supplementary instructions or additional requests for information, are looked at.
- Assessing and endorsing consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders are some of the things you’ll do. You’ll also work with the Control Manager to make sure that the reporting program is set up correctly.
- managing tenant work, attending meetings and resolving concerns, and coordinating the project’s punch list and closing processes.
- As part of the planning process, initial project-specific cost estimates are created, and the task of budgetary management for the project’s multiple cost components is delegated to one person.
- All development contracts, spec houses, model maintenance, subdivision maintenance, signage and other difficulties that may arise throughout the course of performing a successful subdivision expansion may be dealt with simply by talking with the Sales Counselor over the phone or in person.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of industrial construction projects such as managing civil engineering teams as well as mechanical and electrical subcontractors and employees.
- Extensive experience managing project timelines and budgets, recognizing deviations from the business strategy, and collaborating closely with the general contractor and project consultants to accomplish projects on time and on budget.
- Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems and components, contract management, project delivery methodologies, team development, and client relationship building is necessary.
- have a lot of experience with construction contract agreements, as well as the ability to read, understand, and coordinate the drawings and specifications of other consultants.
- Experience in creating and executing quality assurance and quality control procedures to guarantee that work is completed in accordance with contract specifications. Capable of performing the tasks of a Site Quality Control Manager
