Job Description
The Senior Director embedded in the Bureau of Planning, Program Integration, and Evaluation will be the Multimedia Designer’s direct supervisor. The Multimedia Designer will operate within the Office of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Keep a professional and upbeat attitude, and be able to accept guidance and criticism from many sources as necessary. With the aid of the Mac OS, the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat), Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, the designer is in charge of finishing a wide range of graphic/digital user experience designs. The creation of web graphics, system graphics, the development of digital and online booklets, annual reports, print brochures, postcards, flyers, signs, and interactive advertisements are examples of typical projects. Being able to design with good typography abilities and a strong feeling of impact that reaches the target audience with the intended message.

Qualifications:
- Manage the creation of advertising materials from start to finish.
- Collaborate on 2D and 3D scenes utilizing 3D modeling software like KeyShot to add and animate goods.
- Work closely with the Marketing division to create marketing communications materials that reflect KwikBoost brand standards, such as sell sheets, flyers, advertisements and banner ads, packaging, product instruction sheets, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials.
- Maintain communication on the project’s progress and ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the organization’s requirements.
- Refine and create final design options based on your own evaluation and feedback from others.
- Use various techniques to create initial design, concepts drafts, models and prototypes.
- Create logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short- and long-form videos, illustrations, and animated visuals / graphics.
- Recognize the project’s principles and requirements, actively take part in the process, and ask questions if you don’t fully understand something.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to create print files for daily orders of unique graphics; keep production moving quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy, and meet or beat all production deadlines.
- Create and learn new ways to convey information that enable either more accuracy, simpler template usage, or clearer communication while preserving a refined aesthetic style.
Skills:

- Current familiarity with Adobe design programs (Premiere / Affect Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Cloud) is required.
