Job Description
As an Engineering Consultant, you will develop solutions for the enterprise technology platform’s User Services processes and operations. All procedures examined and implemented in the future will be included in this list. You will work with the User Services team to create, engineer, maintain, improve, and automate current technologies and procedures. Execution and maintenance of our environments supporting both internal and external facing application solutions are key to meeting business goals. Support our self-service technology strategy and improve associate and channel partner experiences by leading and performing technological proof-of-concepts.

Qualifications:
- Perform all environmental tests, including vibration, mechanical shock, temperature, altitude, humidity, and structural testing, using instruments planning and conduct.
- All relevant state and federal criteria are met through the company’s environmental compliance assessments and corrective methods.
- Based on market trends, corporate needs, and existing issue analysis, recommend, execute, and push improvements in the field, resulting in high-quality technology solutions from design to implementation.
- Execute hazardous waste, storm water, and wastewater plans with the company.
- A desired platform attribute is the ability to raise employee happiness while also enhancing operations, providing value to the company, promoting self-service technologies, and all of these.

Skills:
- Engineers with at least three years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform or a comparable service management platform are required.
- You must understand a company’s demands and come up with creative ideas, and you must exert influence over the best course of action.
- Development of packaging solutions for electronic enclosures and subassemblies, knowledge and track record in spotting design flaws in third-party products and packaging.
- Skills in consumer, market, and corporate communication. Complement your presentation talents to engage and educate consumers.
