The Account Executive is primarily responsible for acquiring new clients and increasing income via virtual interactions with a predetermined list of high-potential agencies. Quality customer plans for revenue and customer satisfaction development are devised in tandem with an account manager (Corporate Segment) by the Account Executive. Key performance indicators that concentrate on product uptake, customer experience, and maximizing opportunities are used to assess success.

  • Strong customer and partner planning: Establish and maintain high-quality, executable Customer Plans (where appropriate) and Joint Business Plans (where applicable). Demonstrate an in-depth comprehension of client demands, challenges/concerns, and aims/goals. Create a unified action plan to capitalize on these opportunities. Plan approved by the client. Review with management quarterly. Direct the execution of all Account Plan components. Guarantees that all participants will follow through.
  • Assist the client’s sales support, operations and executive team in ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as any other responsibilities that may be allocated.
  • Prospecting, cold calling, referring customers to other businesses and cultivating relationships with existing ones are all methods of generating new business via the use of the outside sales force. Works with large and small businesses alike to establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Growing our current customer ties and reaching out to new business units, IT groups and departments
  • Manage the internal account management team’s day-to-day operations as well as the activities of the extended team members in regard to the client’s strategic objectives and any issues that have been made.
  • Establish pricing for quotations and bids that is compatible with the company’s financial goals by interacting with the appropriate field managers to do so. Always be informed of what your competitors are doing, whether it be in terms of market share, price, or other services.
  • Maintain your client connections to keep them pleased, extend their contracts, and offer them additional items and services.
